UNICORN LOVEY PATTERN DETAILS:
- Size: The lovey measures 19” tall from the top of the horn down to the bottom of the blanket.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
- Hooks: You will need a 3.5 mm (E), 4 mm (G), & 5 mm (H) hook IF YOUR GAUGE MATCHES MINE! You do not need to match my gauge if you don’t care how big your blanket turns out, but use a hook small enough to avoid gaps!
- Yarn: You are welcome to use any brand of yarn but it’s helpful to check your gauge before beginning. For a tip on how to save time when checking your gauge, check out my blog post entitled “Becoming a Master Gauge Checker: It’s a stinky job, but somebody’s gotta do it. . .”
- Caron Simply Soft: You will need 1 (315 yard) ball of the main color, 1 ball of the main hair color and 1 ball of the hair highlight color. You will also need small amounts of the eye color, the inner ear color, black & white.
- Polyester Stuffing & tapestry needle with large eye
