THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
- Hooks: You will need a 5 mm (H) and 6.5 mm (J) hook IF YOUR GAUGE MATCHES MINE!
- Yarn: You are welcome to use any brand of worsted weight/category 4 yarn as long as you check your gauge before beginning. For a tip on how to save time when checking your gauge, check out my blog post entitled “Becoming a Master Gauge Checker: It’s a stinky job, but somebody’s gotta do it. . .”
- Red Heart Super Saver Yarn- You will need 975 yards of main color
- Caron Simply Soft- Small amounts of black and white
- Lion Brand Heartland Yarn- You will need 130 yards of accent color
- Polyester Stuffing or 18″ x 24″ piece of 1/2″ project foam. Some stuffing still needed for handle even if you choose to use project foam.
